As we embark on the upcoming 2026 Dardenne Devil Ray season we have a few items to callout:

Board Members Needed- We are still in need for Parent Board members for this season. We simply cannot support a team without a few more parents to join the board. Please reply to this email if you're able to help!

In-Person Preseason Parent Meeting- scheduled for Tuesday, May 19th from 7-8pm at the Villages of Dardenne clubhouse, next to the “frog pool”. This meeting is mandatory for new families. If you’re new and have a conflict, please let us know by replying to this email. If you’re a returning family, it’s not mandatory to attend the meeting however if you haven’t done so already please drop off your payment and volunteer check. Two separate checks, both made out to “The Villages of Dardenne”, one in the amount of $200 for the volunteer check and a second check to be completed at dropoff but the amount to be left blank prior to dropoff as the amount is dependent on number of children and a residency. You may drop off your check anytime between 6:15-8pm. Returning families are also welcome to join the meeting if you’d like a refresher from previous kickoff meetings.

Volunteer Sign Ups- Sign ups will be on the SwimTopia APP or you can go to the website as well. You may begin to sign up for your volunteer shifts starting on Tuesday, May 19th at 8pm sharp (following the parent meeting). Each family (not per swimmer) is obligated to complete five (5) volunteer shifts, same as last year.

Swim Suites- B&B Aquatics is our team suit provider again this year located at 1747 Clarkson Rd. Chesterfield 63017. Simply go to B&B during business hours and let them know you need a suit for Dardenne Devil Rays. You can also get your child fitted for a suit during normal business hours as well. They’re currently offering a special Dardenne Devil Ray discount of 10% regular priced items, 25% discount on MSRP on our team suit, and a buyers card that when is full is worth $25 in merchandise.

SwimTopia APP- Please download the APP now for upcoming important information and notifications now and throughout the season. A QR code is on the attached important dates doc to easily download. If you come across any issues accessing the APP, please reply back to this email.
