We're looking forward to this evenings Intrasquad Mock Meet as we prepare for our first meet of the year on Monday. We have 82 swimmers signed up for our mock meet this evening. Please arrive at 6:30p with a start time of 6:45p. We hope to conclude by 8:30p.

Unfortunately, there may be some weather in the area this evening. As always, it looks like a moving target with the weather, we are keeping a close eye on and will communicate any changes via email and APP.

Attached to this communication (at the bottom) are the entries for this evenings mock meet. Please write on the swimmers arms with a sharpie their events. Example below, E for “event”, H for “heat”, and L for “Lane”, in this case event 28, Heat 1, and Lane 6. Then below this do the next event, heat, and lane for their second race and so on:

We are in need of one more volunteer position to be filled for Monday’s meet. The position is for the 2^nd half stroke judge position, please sign up for this spot to fulfill all needs. If you still need to complete your volunteer shifts, there’s one opportunity on 6/29 (1^st half bullpen), two opportunities on 7/20 (2^nd half bullpen and 1^st half timer), and five opportunities on our last meet on 7/27.

For this evening, we will have the second and last stroke judge training session. It's a quick course beginning at 7pm at the clubhouse. We do need more volunteers to be trained to be a stroke judge, please attend this evening if you can.

We currently have 15 swimmers undeclared for Monday’s meet. Those parents have been emailed separately but a friendly reminder, as some deem it to be beneficial, to sign up all meets at one time so they don’t have to remember on a weekly basis. A handful of parents have done that and may benefit others.
