Hi Devil Ray Families!

We can’t believe the season is wrapping up already and what an amazing summer it’s been! THANK YOU to all our swimmers, parents, coaches, and volunteers for making this such a fun and successful season. We have one final meet on Monday, followed by our End-of-Season Banquet and Dive-In Movie Night Saturday 8/1.

• Final meet of the season on Monday 7/27, please note the start time is 5pm! Please bring extra water with the incoming temperature increase. The heat sheet meet entries will be sent on Monday.
• 2 volunteers still needed for the final meet, 2nd half bullpen and 2nd half stroke judge. Please reply to this email if you’re able to complete a shift.
• Please RSVP for the end of year banquet & Dine-In Movie night by Wednesday 7/29 at 11pm. As of right now we don’t have many responses, please respond so we know how much food we’ll need.
• If attending the banquet and Dine-In Movie night, the board will provide the main entry. If each family could fill out the signup genius to bring sides. Also, if each family could bring their own drinks. Sign up here for sides: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0D4FACA929A2FAC25-64830018-2026
• If you’re able to help we could use some extra support with the banquet, any help is appreciated and a few slots of volunteer shifts have been added to the schedule for the banquet.
• For those who completed the google form sent a few weeks ago, thank you! We greatly appreciate the valuable feedback. We will work towards your suggestion in the off season and properly prepare for the 2027 season.
• Please see the list of extra time in the water during the offseason along with registration timeframe for our 2027 season.

📣 FINAL MEET: Monday, July 27 at Monticello Killer Whales

📍 Monticello Estates Pool: 2 Dunmore Circle, Ofallon 63368 - 5:00 PM Meet Start

🕒 Meet Timeline:

• 4:15 PM – Coaches arrive, pool opens
• 4:25 PM – Swimmers arrive
• 4:45 PM – Dardenne warm-ups
• 4:45 PM – Timer/Stroke & Turn Judge meeting
• 5:00 PM – First events report to bullpen
• 5:00 PM – Meet begins

Don’t stop swimming! Looking for a fall/winter indoor swim team? Check out:

Registration typically opens in early to mid-August, and many of our swimmers and coaches have experience with these teams. If your child needs a spring refresher, several local swim schools and the Renaud Center offer swim prep classes.

Registration for the 2027 Dardenne Devil Rays will be online for returning families beginning in early to mid March. Communication will be sent a few weeks prior via email.
